Welcome to Just Go Pal! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Just Go Pal mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Just Go Pal ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using Just Go Pal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Just Go Pal. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we discover that you do not meet them.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of Just Go Pal, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information as needed
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use Just Go Pal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Services
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Just Go Pal, its employees, or other users
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful software

4. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Just Go Pal provides fitness tracking, nutrition logging, and wellness guidance tools for informational and personal use only. The content and features within the app are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new fitness or nutrition program
• If you experience pain, discomfort, or other health concerns during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention
• Just Go Pal does not guarantee specific fitness or health outcomes

We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcomes resulting from your use of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are owned by Just Go Pal and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the app
• Use Just Go Pal's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent

6. User Content

When you submit data, progress logs, feedback, or other content through the Services ("User Content"), you grant Just Go Pal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Just Go Pal may offer free and premium subscription plans. If you choose a paid plan:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the applicable app store (Google Play or Apple App Store)

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable prior notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Just Go Pal at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Services.

You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app account deletion option or by contacting us at support@justgopal.org.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Just Go Pal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any physical injury or health outcome arising from use of the Services

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you via the app or email when material changes are made. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
